Pureed protein?

Does anyone have any good pureed protein recipes? I shutter at the thought of pureed meats, but if I find a recipe that sounds good enough, I'd be willing to try it. Are there any ways to make pureed meat taste good? Thanks in advance!!

there is a recipe forum on this site that has some good ideas. i also saw a post where someone said that they pureed a steak with some beef broth and a1 sauce and then poured it over mashed potatoes. they said it tasted like eating steak and mashed potatoes. that sounds pretty good to me! lol

I shuddered, too---until I was hungry, post-op, and realized that ground beef = ground beef, whether pureed or not.

Pureed Protein doesn't look appetizing, but it tastes fine.

bariatriceating.com has LOTS of good recipes, but I didn't really have much interest in following recipes 3 days postop, so I just usually threw chicken or beef or whatever in the Magic Bullet with whatever seasoning sounded good at the moment.
