Tomorrow is the big day....

Tomorrow is band day! The pre-op diet went smoothly, not really hungry at all right now. The messages posted here have really helped me feel more secure. Thanks!

Agreed! My surgery is tomorrow as well. Good Luck.

My surgery was today. It went without a hitch.

It's life changing. I feel great.

Good luck to both of you.

Surgery Tues went well. Much less sore on Day 3. Not really hungry. I am having some discomfort between by breasts (breast bone/sternum area) Not sure what it is from.

Congrats on your banding!! Can't wait to be on the otherside of this myself. The feeling you are having, I would imagine, is gas pains. I know I haven't had the band yet, but I've been a nurse for 26 years, taking care of people after Laproscopic surgery... and what you are describing is very common. Try Gas X strips, or warm fluids... walk around etc. If it doesn't get better, call your doctor... and before 4pm... ha ha... funny how the patients always call at 4pm on a Friday!!! (office nurse now! ) Best of luck and keep us posted on your progress
