Bruising after fill (or unfill?)

Anyone ever get bad bruising after a fill (or in my case I had a slight unfill?) I have a HUGE black bruise 2 inches in diameter. It didn't hurt while I was getting it but now it even feels lumpier - wonder if I should call the doc?? is this normal?

I had a fill a couple weeks ago by a 'newbie'... needless to say it hurt like heck and I still have a huge black and blue mark. According to the doctor it looks like I may need to get a 'skinny girls' port has he put it in time. So i'm thinking bruising is normal but lumpy? I'd call your doctor to just take a look and see... can't be any worse than it already is right? Better safe than sorry! :smile2:

My last fill was done by the new NP in the office -- I didn't feel anything because they numb the area first.

But I had a nice size bruise afterwards.........I have my appt next week for a fill. I am going to mention it to the Doctor, as an FYI --

IT was only bruising - so I don't see it as a big problem to me.
