I've stopped losing weight Any suggestions

I seem to have hit a wall on losing weight. The first 30 came off okay but now I'm not losing anymore. I went for a fill last week but he said that I only need 1/2 cc and that I'm close to my limit for me. I've been exercising on the treadmill actually a little more than normal. I usually only get to do it on the weekends but I've done it every other day plus the weekend.

Any suggestions? I'm feeling very down and I don't feel I will reach my goal.

Work with your doctor to get you feeling restriction. That's great your excercising- keep it up. Try and increase your intensity or time every few days. Be sure you are getting the 60 grams of protien reccomended. Drinking lots of water helps with weight loss and hunger. Best of luck to you.

You started at a lower BMI, so the closer you get to a normal weight, the harder it ususally gets. I'm in my fourht year. My doctor predicted where I would stall out and he was right (unfortunately). I did get to my goal, but I had to double up my efforts. I blogged about it recently at http://www.gloriasbandedliving.com/transforming-002-maintaining-002-my-lap-band®-journey-results-not-typical/. Let me know if it helps. Feel free to PM me also.

I am having the same problem have lost 30 and stopped. Your BMI is low so yes I think yours will slow down but my BMI is high and I have stopped losing too. If you figure out what the problem is let me know. I have good restriction If not to much at some times. I use the treadmill 7 days a week for an hour and half each night. I have 1000 -1200 calories a day.

Y Let me know if it helps.
It helps tremendously. Thanks, Gloria.
