Midband, Lap Band Who Has What?

So I had the swedish band and recently found band erosion so I had the band removed for 3 months.

My doctor and I were talking about what kind of band I would get next and he mentioned the midband which is the french band. I was originally thinking of getting the ap-s next.

So I am just wondering what kind of bands everyone has and if anyone has this midband so I can get more info about their experience with it.

I have the Realize band. Just happened to be what my doctor was using this month. He's also used the Lap Band.

I've been happy with mine.

I have a Realize band, too. My surgeon also uses the Lap-band, but told me he usually reserves that for patients with higher BMIs than I had, going in.

Lap-Band since 2006

I have the small lap band and my husband has the large lap band. No problems, we are both very happy.
