What's your calcium supplement?

Hiya! I bought three months' worth of Calcet Creamy Bites in lemon, because my nutritionist recommended them. I was told not to start taking them until a week after surgery, and now that I am (and recording them in my food diary), I'm wishing they were not so high in calories and carbs. They're delicious, though!!

What do you take? TIA!

I take Walgreens brand. They are called Creamies with Vitamin D. They are very yummy.

I take Bariatric Advantage chewies. You can get them in chocolate or Lemon flavors. I like the Chocolate the best.

I have also taken TwinLab Calcium Citrate wafers before I discovered the Bariatric Advantage chewies. They are chalky and take some getting used to.

The calcet ones looked really good to me, but they contain dairy and I am lactose intolerant so didn't want to have to take a lactaid pill too just to be able to take my calcium supplement.

Trader Joe's calcium chews. YUMMMMM, like eating a chocolate candy.

mine are a choc chew from gnc,, a little high in sugar though.. and i rarely remember to take the damn things

I also take the bariatriac advantage chocolate chews- $10 a bag for 60- not too bad! Kinda tastes like a tootsie roll! =]
