Hi all,
I was just reading a thread about this issue, how do you know if you have over stretched your pouch?
I'm having trouble with stopping when full, it's like my old habits, learnt over many years are difficult to wean from and I have eaten until too full, you know that yuck feeling, and you know youve gone too far.
I'm using a side plate instead of a dinner plate and am eating significantly less but on the days that I'm using food as a crutch I'm really scared I've gone too far and caused problems. I'll feel so stupid as I don't want to muck this up .
Actually, how do you know if your band has slipped? Blimey, I could go on for hours, sorry guys n gals.
