How long ago did you get your fill? If it was just a day or two ago you may be swollen and need to be on liquids. It sometimes takes a few days for this swelling to go down. Best wishes!!!

I bet after a few days you will be able to eat more. Protein shakes can help a lot. I use myoplex lite. You can get itat walmart, 170 cal. 20g of protein.

I don't count calories. If you have good restriction, counting calories is pointless. I do stay away from high cal. foods, but count nothing.

I had my fill on jan 26th

Swelling should be gone by now and you should be able to eat. Are you taking small bites and chewing a lot? Maybe you should give your doctor a call. Don't let it go too long.
