1 week out!

Hello everyone. So glad to find such a thriving online community to "meet" other people going through similar things.

I'm getting banded in 1 week and have to admit that I'm feeling kind of jittery about it.

My pre-op diet has been going really well and lost 13 pounds in 5 days. Not sure if that's average, it certainly isn't for me! But I mean, come on, who can live on 700 calories a day forever? We'll see what the next 6 days reveal.

Other than that, I just have to wait out these nerves until surgery day.

Welcome and congratulations on your success with your pre-op diet so far. As far as being jittery, you will be so happy once it is done. After surgery, keep up with your pain meds, walk as much as possible, and stick to your post-op diet and you should be fine. Good luck!

are you scared? Im scared!
