Hi from Texas!!!

Hi everyone,

My name is Shannon and I have been doing some research on Lap Band. I actually have my surgery feb 11th and also having my esophogus repaired at the same time. I am so excited! This site has been very helpful on researching. I am fortunate that my insurance cover the surgery without jumping through a lot of hoops. I have been doing my pre-op shake diet and have lost 6 lbs in 5 days so I think things are already looking up

Welcome to the jungle and congrats.

I am in Keller and finally got my date, March 2nd after 3 weeks of Optifast. I can't wait to get it over with.

My dogs 140 and 165 pounds. They're pretty much safe no matter how hungry I get.
