Halloween Candy is evil!

It's my first day back to work since being banded... and someone comes in with a bag of candy for each desk... sweets have never been my downfall, but in the bag is an ALMOND JOY...which I love!!! LOL!

Evil, I tell you! LOL!

Happy Halloween!

Lost 15lbs since the 19th... this was the first day I put my work clothes on and they are looser! People say they can already tell! I am THRILLED!

:)

First of all, Great job with your weight loss. Also, I wanted to say that I feel the same way about the candy situation, I don't really like it, crave it or eat it, come time for Halloween, for some reason, I do eat one or two mini bars. So what I have done this year was buy candy that I absolutely have no desire to eat. I got Babe ruth and reese's pieces. It worked out great! I did not have one ounce of candy. I also told my 11 year old that if she leaves the candy around the house, I'm tossing it. She has to keep it in her room.

Oh I wish I had done something like that. I had 4 candy bars...I feel like crap right now. Well, tomorrow is a new day and a new start. I fell off the wagon tonight, but I will be back in the saddle tomorrow! Dang candy!

FIGHT THE TEMPTATION!!!!

I was banded on the 20th - on my desk was a bag of candy today - just picked it up and gave it to the boss... :-)

im just trying to get through the puree stage - its hard though...
