OK so I'm starting to worry...

:bored:I've had my band for a year now and haven't really had that many problems other than being super tight in the mornings. I've had a couple un-adjustments due to this tightness. Well the other day I weighed and I've gained several pounds so I decided it was time to tighten things back up. Day one of adjustment just clear liquids..it was all fine. Day two had clear and full liquids and then a little soup at night. So today I had three bites of a frosty around lunch and have been PBing ever since. I don't feel the food in there any more but my mouth won't stop salivating and it is making me need continue to PB. I'm worrying about slippage and I know I'll probably end up in the DR office tomorrow doing a barium swallow. Anyone know what to do for now though?:smile2:

stay on liquid protein (the thin kind) and drink water

Since you just had a fill, it is much more likely it is too tight rather than it slipped. I have trouble keeping anything down when I first get a fill, but am fine in the next day or two.

I do better with hot or warm stuff than with cold or frozen. I would go with warm broth for a day then try again with something warm. Hope you feel better soon.

What did you find out? Hope you are feeling better now.

You are swollen for a few days up to two weeks after a fill. Just take it easy but if you can't get water down, you need to go get some taken out asap!!!
