Need a good protien shake to keep me full.

I have been doing carnation sugar free shakes now for 2 wks for breakfast and they don't keep me full long at at. Anyone know of good tasting shakes that work longer?

The best shake I have found is Premier Nutrition Protein Shake, I found at Costco. It has 30 grams of protein, 1 gram of sugar, 3 grams of fiber and tastes great! Hope you can find them where you live. Here is their website: www.premiernutrion.com. I am 4 days post-op and these shakes make me very happy. Good luck!

The Iso-Pure gives me a gross feeling like something is coating my teeth. Am I weird or what?

Another thing to try is "doubleing" your milk, add a serving of non-fat dry milk powder to your skim milk and you add 8 more grams of protien..remember you are not adding the water it calls for in the directions just adding it to your milk for the extra protien (80 calories, 8 grams of protien)
