I go to this website:

Graphical Tickers and Trackers: Weight Loss, Trying To Conceive, Pregnancy...

Then you can create your own ticker from lots of different choices. Then, once I've created or updated my ticker, I just right-click on the ticker and choose the "copy" option. Then when I have a place I want to put it, I click the "paste" option. You can also do the Ctrl + c for copy and Ctrl + p for paste.
