first time vomiting and pain

Its been a year since I had the operation ans today was my first time vomiting. Iate this slice of meat that seems to be the reason, I woke up in the middle of the night throwing up and when I went back to sleep and woke up again I felt bad abdominal and back pain. Is it just gas or is the food stuck please help.

    It sounds like food poisoning. If you were fine before you went to bed I doubt you were stuck.

    How long did you wait before you went to bed? I find eating and then going to bed(especially meats and heavy food) weighs on my and sometimes I will have to get rid of it.
