Weighing Yourself?

Just curious what system or schedules people have to weigh themselves? Like how often? Where? I go each month for a visit to the doc's and also have a scale at work. I just recently got another scale for my house. I don't want to drive myself crazy everyday but the temptation is there always to take a peek.

I weigh first thing in the morning. This seems to give me a consistant reading. I confess to weighing everyday. It helps me keep my mind on my weight. I am more cautious if I know I "gained" .5 yesterday, I will try extra hard today.

I weigh myself everyday too so I know what I eat and do the day before was right. If I gain, I'll try to see what triggers it. This way, I can fix it before it is too late :-)
