Greeting from Houston, TX

I am new to this and after being over weight all my life I will have my lap-band surgery on Jan 22nd. Dr. Hollis is my surgeon and if anybody out there has any advice I would greatly appreciate it

    I'm also using Dr. Hollis, my date is Jan 27.

    I've been overweight all my life, and every time I manage to lose weight, it eventually comes back with a vengeance.

    Can't wait to get it done so I can get off this Protein shake diet. Hopefully after the surgery the liquid diet includes something savory.
