  1. we just had our office pot luck and i have eaten to much. i feel like i need to go throw up
  2. i just came from the doc's office for a fill and was told i didn't need a fill due to my pouch being dilated. they removed .3 cc from band. what does this mean and will the pouch shrink back? anybody out here with some advice
  3. im getting banded on 1-22 and i'm a little scared as well. scared that i won't work and scared that i will do the wrong think. as long as we have the guidance from the doctors we will be okay, right?
  4. I am new to this and after being over weight all my life I will have my lap-band surgery on Jan 22nd. Dr. Hollis is my surgeon and if anybody out there has any advice I would greatly appreciate it
