need support

I had the band over 3 yrs ago and I've gotten off track and gained 15 lbs. I need to get back on track but I don't want to get a fill right now due to money issues. How can I jump start the weight loss train again?

Go back to the basics like your pre-op diet. Protein Drinks, etc.. that will shrink your stomach and help you drop pounds. Also you may be surprised but alot of dr's will let you make payment arrangements.

Good luck!

I also heard from alot of my band mates, that theres something called the Pouch test which jump starts your band into losing weight again!! It's interesting read you can google it!!

The band didn't lose the weight. YOU DID!

You can do it again. Log what you are eating and start walking a little more every day.
