Getting Banded on the 23rd

Hi Guys,

My name is Alanna and im getting banded on the 23rd at kaiser in south san francisco, I am so excited but yet scared at the same time! I got approved for this surgery in September and I have lost 80 lbs since July.

    Very simple .. Tons of exercise (running up to 4 miles a day also doing weights at the gym) and 1100 calories a day .. yea i know it sounds like alot but its really not that bad.
