Slider Food?????

Hi all,

You know I relay on this website for a wealth of info. I was banded on 12/17. I don't know what slider food is.. please help?

    slider foods are food that are usually high calorie and go right threw the band such as ice cream,or other foods one can eat lots of with no restriction, so one tends to eat more of these kinds of food cause they are easy.

    Things that are mostly water based and have a really quick melt factor that cause them to slide down easily. If it melts in your mouth easily it is probably a slider foods. Even foods you wouldn't think of like chips are also slider foods.
