  1. I have been gone for some time now and I think its about past time that I return. I actually got the lap-band April 2nd 2012 and have done nothing with it since but figure out every way under the sun to eat around it. I feel like I was not ready mentally and emotionally for the surgery. The past year I have been working on me inside and I think its time that I get this weight under control. I have cut out juice completely and am active in my gym. My diet is not ALL protein but I try to stay heavy on the protein when planning my meals. (I have lost 3 pounds in just 4 days, I know water weight but I will certainly take it lol). I really want to make this a lifestyle as oppose to a temporary fix. Anyway, I am excited to be back. I am leaning heavily on this forum for support and look forward to joining all of you on this journey.
