LOL[/quote] what's sad is i'm not even a cookie fan - but i've had a sweet tooth since visiting my parents (who do cake & coffee w/friends EVERY night). need to up the fruit. i have found greek yogurt at whole foods market - but they always seem to be out of stock & it's geographically undesireable to go there often:tongue:

I bought one RTD muscle milk today. I bought the powder before, but I wasn't able to get the powder right. I love my jiff too. I will just eat a spoon when I want something sweet. Unfortunately, that happens too often for the amount of calories in it.:bored: I am hoping that I really like the powdered enough to keep buying it. Today B-2 slices ham lunchmeat, 1 string cheese (110 cal) S-small banana, coffee w/ splenda (90 cal) L-turkey meatballs on a hotdog bun, steamed broccoli, skim milk (475 cal) S-large red apple, FF yogurt (100 cal) D-slice homemade quiche, 2 turkey sausage links, FF milk (400 cals) s- candy (100 cals) liquids-coffee,water,milk Excercise-steps at work, cleaning at home (I still have pneumonia and cant officially work out yet) Calories-approx 1275 -

February 25, 2010 7am: Coffee & milk 9am Greek non fat plain yogurt with 2 tablespoons of flax seed. 10.30 8oz no sugar cranberry juice & 32oz water 11.30 cup of fresh strawberries 1pm 2 eggs scrambled on a 100 calorie whole grain thin bread. 2.30pm juice of 4 lemons & 32 oz water 4pm 2 pretzles 1 glass white wine 5pm 1 square of blue cheese & 2 crackers 5.30pm 4oz orange roughy steamed with onion & roasted red pepper. -
B: 3 oz yogurt L: 1/4 cup salad w/ blue cheese, 2 small chicken strips dipped in honey mustard d: 4 pieces of calamari, 2 bites of cheeseburger (no bun) and 2 sweet potatoe fries ( all of this I ended up pb'ing.. uggh) s: 1/4 of ice cream bar s: glass of merlot went to foxwoods casino for dinner and jeff foxworthy show so ate and drank more than I should but lost my entire dinner.

Sunday is my freebee day.. I take the kids to McDonald's after church.. B: Protein Shake L: meat/cheese from a double cheeseburger tea D: 98% ff hamburger with baked beans orange slices S: FF peach yogurt ( I don't eat any bread, it doesn't work with my band and I learned that fries and my band aren't friends either, that's a good thing!!)

Well, I've had 1 fill - 4cc in 10cc band. I feel a bit of restriction but I cannot believe how little you guys are eating. Do you feel full or just decide thats all you're going to eat? I guess I am anxious to eat less but kinda scared too - it goes so much against what I've been taught to do - you know food groups, fruit, veggies , meat for a meal. That kind of thing. Breakfast yesterday - 2 toast thinly sliced (homemade bread) with p butter, snack - sliced peaches, yog and a few nuts, lunch - 1 slice pizza ( my boss buys pizza lunch for everyone, last thurs of every month) snack - repeat peaches, yogurt, and supper - french onion soup and 1/2 grilled cheese. Whoa - when I write it down and look at it, this is a lot of food!!. So do I consciously look at portions here or when I have better restriction this will take care of itself. BTW, I am hungry for this - no force feeding necessary. Please help.

Today was a good day! Very proud of myself for sticking with it today. And some good news...I able to get a fill appt for Monday! Yippee!! Today: B- LC slim fast L- 1/2 c. greek yogurt, 1 oz. almonds D- small grilled chicken breast and a side salad S- LC slim fast and some slice of cheese 1 hr of cardio -
so last night i was really bad and snacked a lot. no idea why..i wasn't even hungry. i had dinner then later on i had the following: scoop baked apples with scoop lf frozen yogurt, then later i had- 100 cal pack pringles, then 100 cal pack cheese puffs. UGH. I'm disappointed i ate just because i was bored:frown: Today: b: tall double skinny latte & oatmeal with pb & syrup, 250 cal l: about 3-4 oz of roasted chicken and a salad, about 350 cal d: i might do a lean cuisine today because the flat bread makes me pretty full and i'm less likely to snack. My goal for today is to NOT snack today...wish me luck:ohmy:

Yesterday coffee B- 1 sausage patty and 4 oz benefiber yogurt S-1/2 banana, 1/2 apple and 5 grapes L-Healthy Choice dinner S-3 oz salmon/as many goldfish I could eat, then guilt sat in:frown: D-1/2 c chili w/6 wheat crackers and 5 pork skins I need to understand when I eat my recommended portions, I need to walk away, but NOOOOO, I want to FEEL stuffed. Sorry, just thinking out loud. -
i've come to learn that i cannot have Snacks in the house because i will eat them. hubby is working the night shift for a little while and last night i worked out (3mile walking tape) and then sat down and had a 100 cal pack of chips AND 150 cal ice cream. i wasn't even hungry. i'm disappointed in myself:frown: Today: b1: tall skinny latte, 90 cal b2: yogurt, 150 cal l: lean cuisine turkey thingie (250 cal)...i prob won't eat all of it like yesterday. d: i might do another lean cuisine or maybe some egg salad (about 320 cal). NO SNACKS!! ugh.

I tried the carbmaster, uhhhhh, the taste, not so much! Got a slight un-fill today .2 cc's (it was hard to drink water after the third day) I feel much better. b-tide me over protein water l-1/2 cup cioppinno d-1/2 of a grilled salmon burger (wrapped in lettuce) topped with a yogurt, lemon, dill sauce, tomato and grilled onions *exercise, started back with my trainer today, he kicked my butt, my legs feel like rubber bands

Hey Everyone! After 14 months being banded and finally having found my sweet spot, this is what a typical day's meals are like for me: Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee 1 cup of yogurt 1 piece of fruit 2-3 prunes on those rare days when I am really hungry in the morning, I will have 1/4 cup granola mixed into my yogurt. Mid Morning Snack: granola bar Lunch: 1 slice very heavy bread with lots of whole grains and little flour in it. this is a very moist bread. 1 tablespoon diet margarine 2 slices deli ham or bologna 2 deli slices of cheese 1 piece of fruit Afternoon Snack: 3 prunes 1 chocolate covered cookie or occasionally a thin slice of cake 1 cup of coffee Dinner: deck of cards sized piece of steak or fish, chicken thigh or a good german wurst. one cup of cooked veggies or a salad with raw veggies and croutons Of course I drink a minimum of 2 liters of water a day. For an extra treat and pick up, I occasionally have a small glass of juice. Sometimes I will have a mini snack about 9 pm. I tend to stay up late due to my many evening activities besides being in the chat room! LOL! The snack may be a couple pretzel sticks, a handful of tostidos or another piece of fruit or 2-3 more prunes. Some days I need to add a little more, others I eat less. It all depends on my activity level. Hope this will help. Katja
