That powdered peanut butter does sound like a good idea. Peanut butter seems the only thing I can put into a protein shake to make me drink it. Defeats the purpose if the protein drink has 500 calories in it. Today- B-yoplait strawberry yogurt L-leftover zucchini dish from yesterday (you were right luluc-it was better) D-4 oz meatloaf, .3 cup mashed potatoes, half of cornbread muffin (much needed fill tomorrow)

B- Choc Unjury Protein Drink w/ 1/2 a banana mixed in the magic bullet S- 6oz of SF OJ & Protein Shot (26 g of Protein, only 110 calories) L- 2 oz of Low Fat cottage Cheese S- will be 2 oz of Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt D- Will Be 2 oz of Spaghetti So far I'm at 50oz of water, I will hit the 64 mark today!!! Hit the gym- burnt 240 Calories (I just can't get with it like I was) Might take a walk after work this evening. :tongue2: -

Ever had the honey greek yogurt? I tried strawberry i believe.. thought it was nasty.. -
My nutritional plan has completely changed..here it goes: Meal #1: 1/2 cup of pineapple, 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese Meal #2: Protein shake..isopure (50 grams of protein!)..plain yogurt mixed in with some rasberries Meal #3: Salad: 4 oz (if im lucky) Grilled chicken, flaxseed oil, spinach, almonds, carrots, kidney beans, and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese on top for dressing (I usually split this for meal #4 and just add more chicken) Meal #4: See above Meal #5: Sauteed chicken (4 oz), in olive oil, green peppers and onions, garlic, made up for a chicken fajita...without the fajita..also add flaxseed oil when cooking Meal #6: Plain yogurt with some added strawberries and pure vanilla extract Of course all bets are off if my food gets stuck and takes hours to get through..but I do the best I can.

Thanks for the welcome! I love this thread. Too many bites for me to write down what I ate for the last two days...but know that I ate way less than what I would usually eat. Today: B - Pure Protein shake L - 2 small bites of toasted bagel & 1/4 cup tortilla Soup S - 2/3 nonfat yogurt approx. 100 calories D - Went to souplantion (also known as Fresh Choice) Couple bites of potato salad, beets, chicken broth, 3 bites of cream of chicken soup, 2 bites of frozen yogurt, some croutons w/ff ranch. Pretty good for a buffet! -
thursday b-berry-orange p-shake s-yogurt l-mini rice cakes w/humas and turkey sausage s-yogurt, baby salad w/hummas on top d-nini pizza s-100% tomatoe juice

I'm not going to completely admit to what I ate yesterday, as my period arrived today. Suffice to say it consisted mainly of sugar, combined with a little fat. And for variety last night, I added alcohol to the mix :shades_smile: Once a month doesnt hurt, right? Anyway, back on track today. Breakfast: Barbecued pineapple and peaches (they were going soft, had to use them up) brushed with maple syrup, served with Greek yogurt. Yummmmmmmmmmm. Worth the effort to fire up the barbie on a school morning. Snack: a banana smoothie made with skim milk and vanilla and a banana . Followed a 10km run. Lunch: A sushi/sashimi pack - I mostly ate the fish and left the rice. Small bottle of orange juice No afternoon snack, that was quite a bit of food this morning and I'm really not hungry. Dinner tonight is going to be roast lamb, roast potatoes and pumpkin, steamed broccoli and carrots.

Monday was a very unpleasant day. Had some red peppers and chicken tikka with rice and while I ate them easily, my adbomen bloated and I was very uncomfortable for 24 hours. As a result Tuesday was a greek yogurt day. -

YESTERDAY: B: couple bites cream of wheat, grande skinny vanilla latte S: 3/4 slice banana bread w/ maple butter :thumbup: (making for neighbors) L: 1/3 c. hummus w/ assorted veggies(red pepper, snap peas, baby carrots) S: babybel cheese, veggie straws D: 3/4 c. roasted red pepper soup S: peanut butter lowfat frozen yogurt So yes i have been snacking the last few days and frozen yogurt has been involved (and I realized I never posted saturday's food which there was 1.5 beers and 5 fried mushrooms) but nothing to explain how since friday I have gained back the 5 lbs I lost since my small unfill on monday. I am fully aware of how fluid shifts drastically in us - but seriously? Sooo - I'm going to hit it hard working out this week and go back to my post-fill liquid/soft diet for several days. I made my 2 favorite pureed soups (roasted red pepper and garden broccoli) so my freezer is stocked. I don't think I would ordinarily be so obsessed with a few lb. swing but before the 5lb regain - I had actually hit my 1st goal below and was 2 lbs away from the 2nd Today is one of my long days - I'll post later tonight at work what I ate.

I was doing great until I got home. When I get home all good eating habits are out the window! yesterday: B: 1/2 packet of cream of wheat, 3 strips turkey bacon s: yogurt L: lean cuisine chicken carbonara (this made me realize i am having issues with pasta now ) s: 100 cal pack of pnut butter cheese crackers D: nachos - baked tostitos, about 2 oz ground beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, salsa, spoonful of sourcream s: 3/4 of a hershey bar - that was the last one so i shouldnt have this problem anymore! D2: little piece of baked tilapia workout: none...again...sooo lazy of me! hey Slim-n-Tn! I went and bought those cocoa roasted almonds that you munch on and they are awesome!!! gives me my little chocolate fix :mad2: THANKS!!

WELCOME! YES! Way to go! 7cups liquid, exersice for 2hrs (walked dogs & then went to the bay and walked the dogs again and the kids!) Earned 310 extra cal B/scrambled egg, chdr chz, 1/2 mini plan bagel, coffee w/creamer & splenda s/EAS Premium Protein/Choc, 1c 2% milk, s/ff French Vanilla Yogurt 1/2c, 1/8c Grape nuts L/Immitation crab salad w/noodles (mayo & relish) Bad on calories but oh it tasted soooo good! s/dorritros cool rch chips (snack size) D/Repeated lunch:drool: s/Big Train Mocha Cappuccino Mix w/cold coffee, 20 carb choc. chips (homemade frap :blush:) Went over my expected calories for the day (1200 + 310 = 1,510) over by 587 Can't do so many noodles next time:blushing: -

This is new for me. Way back when when I tried counting calories, I found it to be to time consuming. But it's easy now! I've calculated my calorie intake to be at 1,200 a day to lose 2 pounds a week.
