I'm so excited. My second appointment is a week from today!

Okay, I've been slacking the past few weeks, but now it's time to get back on to of things, back to the gym, back to the pool, and back on my plan.

6 months out and my hair is falling out like crazy. I have gotten mixed reviews. My TRUE friends are happy for me. My so called friends say i look sick, too thin and unhealthy. I have yet to meet my goal weight of 130. My husband has seen only pics of me has he left TDY 2 weeks afetr surgery and should be coming home within 2 months. my goal was to be at 150 by the time he returned. My body has gone thru many changes. Some days it loves food and then I wake up and can no longer eat eggs, and...

Pre op appointment in 2 weeks!! Such a long process.. so much closer!

1 and 1 month year smoke free, 1 year 3 months no soda.. YAY

14 weeks Post op today and I am down 65lb and 51 from surgery date!!! We can do this!!!

Dr. appointment yesterday. All is good. 1/2 cup of food, normal. 2-2 1/2 pounds per week, normal. I guess I am normal for once! LOL

Day 3 Clear liquids. Cravings are gone and had to choke down my breakfast of jello. Not to go too deep into TMI, but the bathroom is my new favorite room.

I recently watched an episode of Wendy Williams, she had Al Rocker on who had Gastric Bypass. he said he has to take over 17 vitamins for the rest of his life. I honestly dont understand where he came from with that number I take 3 caltrates a day 1 prenatal daily, 1 biotin daily 1 B12 weekly and 1 iorn pill nightly . Does anyone know where he got that number from? 17 vitamin pills a day I'm confused??????

2 weeks out, down 22 pounds including 2 week pre-op liquid diet...but hit a little stall! lol

Three weeks out...exactly. Preop stuff this coming Tuesday and that is it....sheesh!

Liquid diet day 7! One more week of this!!

Post op week 2 ... time to start the treadmill....

Waiting on insurance! Could know in 2 weeks.. Anticipation is a killer!

6 week follow up - eat more, drink more, more protein, exercise more, etc. Sigh...

Well we are done moving. Still unpacking. Everything seems to be breaking down 6 mo. old refrigerator. Lost all food! bugs all over it was a second fridge. no telling when it stoped a week mabey.

I'm at a stall right at 95lb loss.

7 weeks and 2 days post op, down 70 pounds! Its been hell, but seeing the light finally..
