The forums and topics have really been a blessing this week. I have laughed and cried and have gotten excited too. I like some advice and others I just keep my mouth shut, at the end of the day this is my body and only I will have to live with my results.I am having a great time at VST nd I am very happy that I have joined up with some good people for conversation, advice, and laughs. Okay! Attended a support group this morning. It was pretty nice, but not what I expected it to be, but it was very informative. I got to talk to ppl that were sleeved more than 2 years ago, to a lady that was sleeved 4 weeks ago and lost 48lbs. GOD I hope that is me when I get sleeved. Next week is very busy for me with all the appt that I have to attend. But GOD has bought me to this and HE will see me thru this.

Over 3 weeks post op and feeling great!!!! Hunger has picked up some but my sleeve keeps me in check.

Headed to global imports after while to get my oil changed and see if any other maintenance needs done b4 my trip in a couple weeks.

Eating for the first time in 2 weeks And by eating I mean a 1/4 cup of scrambled eggs haha

OMG I've lost fifteen pounds in a week and a half. Seven since surgery Wednesday. I could cry!!

Two weeks out and very nervous!

I have missed you all and as of today I am 6 months postop! I have had a rough 6 months...not even 8 weeks after my VSG my gallbladder had to come out but, before that I h&ad to be hospitalized for a severe UTI. After my gallbladder surgery in Feb I wasn't able to walk so since lawyers are involved now I will leave that alone for now. We do know it is Medical Malpractice but, I'm doing better and able to walk a little better. Sorry I was gone for so long

Ok I needs some feedback WL and Fitness friends... I really REALLY wanna quit Insanity. I'm starting to feeling like I hate it. =(( Its all Calisthenics and doing moves I don't like. A lot I do but most I don't. I'm thinking I'll still do maybe 1x per week and just my favorite ones. I DO want to fire back up my Billy's Boot Camp and a few others that I do like and MISS!! =(( What say you? Any suggestions? BTW... I'm only halfway through Insanity so I'd...

My grandma passed and I just started the two week diet. Not sure I can do it.

Ok, I've noticed a lot of sleevers on here mentioning really long, intense pre-op liquid diets and drain tubes? Tell me more please? I did a low calorie diet for a week and a full liquid diet for a week and a liquid diet for 1 day!

Our girls have been at the grandparents since last week... and they are coming home today! Wooo Hooo!

47 lbs to go!!! 153 pounds GONE!!! 4 more pounds and I am under 200!!! 199 looks good in my head...and will even better on the scale! Soon... maybe this week!!! Woooo Hoooo!

Feeling good two weeks post-op.

in 2 lbs I will be at my 1/2 way point! 53lbs gone forever in only 10 weeks!!! Amazing!!!!

Had my monthly visit with my nutritionist. My weight is 275 lbs. That's a loss of 11 lbs since my last weigh in two weeks ago. Yay, I love my sleeve!!!!

Four weeks post-op and FINALLY going to the gym today....wish me luck

3 weeks post op and I've sgtalled for over a week....any advice?

On my way to the airport, heading back to Cali. Sad that my vacation went by so fast. I will be homesick for sure! Not looking forward to working the next couple of nights in a row and starting a new class this week. Gonna miss my family.

My sister is getting married in bout a week! I best get started on my speech.
