Couch to5k-Week 8 Day1 -Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.75 miles (or 28 minutes). 10 mins Elliptical. Upper body weights for 10 mins. Abs.

Today is week 4 for me, so that means intrucing meats to my diet. Today the pain in my chest and shortness of breath is a little better. I ate some turkey lunch meat and some peanuts, feel a little tight but everything appears to be going down

Three weeks today that I sent my paperwork into bc bs of minnesota and still haven't heard. This is pretty frusterating! Anyone else have this long of a wait?

2 week’s post-op – all is going well. I am down another 7.5 lbs since surgery on Feb 9 for a total of 22.5 lbs.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and it has decided to settle in my jaw. Treatment? 2 week liquid diet.

Had half a cc removed last week and I feel GREAT! Energy level is back up, exercise back up and attitude much improved. I got too caught up in "not" eating too much! I'm up 3 pounds, but I know that will come off as I'm able to get back up to speed with my exercise! Sometimes all your really need is a little removed!

So glad that next week I am moving into my new place...April 2011, a great month to a wonderful new year. Glad I am seeing all these things fall into place, god has a lot of plans for me. Really wonderful plans for me and my family, glad to watch it happen. Renewed faith in god, New Place, New job and possible a different one come Wednesday. God is so wonderful, praising him daily is what I do.

went for my 1 week post surgery follow up appt today and they took off the bandages beacause they hadn't fallen off yet and he wanted to check the incisions. they look great! i was expecting them to look red and horrible and they don't. some are just a small dot. then i got the ok to eat an egg and i drove straight to a restaurant and ate a scrambled egg. veerrrryyy slowly. it was the best damn egg i've ever had. no problems at all. so happy!
