Well I am I am 4 months into my journey and down 30lbs. I hope that my next fill on June 30th will help me. I feel some restriction. But I believe I can use a little more. Any advice on a beginner lap bandster.

I am in my preopt phase. My surjury is March 1. I am so excited to start my journey.
