Metting with the surgeon today for last pre-op before surgery on Monday

Chewing sugar free gum (I can have 5 a day on my pre-op diet) has helped to curve my desire to snack yay!! Day 9.

I'll be banded one week from today..

I'm on Day 5 of my pre-op diet, how are you doing...BTW I love Zumba I did 20 min this morning.

TGIF.....Day 5 pre-op Diet I've lost 8 lbs since 02/10..Brimg it on!!!

Had the urge to get a snack (crackers , chips, ect) and I grabbed my shake. WOW it really helped....Day 3 pre-op diet tip

I'm proud of my-self I did great yesterday. Now day 2 pre-op diet

It's noon on my 1st day of pre-op diet. Just finished a Healthy Choice meal for lunch alon with a sugar free jello and I'm not feeling hungry. I can do this.

I just saw a picture of myself taken last night at a birthday party now I'm all depressed... Where was I when I gained all of this weught asleep? No weight I was eating lol I want this more than ever. SIGH...where is my surgery date!!!

It's been a good day found out insurance will cover 100%
