hows your post-band life??!!!!!! sorry ive been so busy with work and everything that im not on the comp as much...but how do you feel? your one week right?

I;m glad your doing well...I'm def feeling better...began driving yesterday...a little sore...but honestly I'm anxious to return to the gym and get this going! but I know I must let this heal....so I will wait till the beginning of jan....hope your doing great!
