Hi huny, 10lbs down :-> having my stiches out tomorrow which im looking forward to they been itching like mad. Same here about soups try some mouses or low fat ice cream, i even had scrabbled eggs & mashed pots just make sure you chew it alot. keep up the good work & speak soon x x x x

Hi Amazed just checking in to see how you are doing. I'm ok still got a bit of wind in and out but on the mend.

hi amazed hope all went well for you. I am home now feeling so much better did have some unbearable trapped wind but took wikinsons 3 in 1 antacid they were a god send also took 2 solpadine plus for pain again a god send. I am so glad my hubby came with me though. keep in touch and fingers crossed weight loss soon x x x

well done on your pre-op weight loss I've not been very good at all due to family problems.Being banded tomorrow and im so scared. Hope all goes for you keep in touch tracey x
