When you've had to tighten your FitBit around your wrist 4 times in the last 3 months.

Any time I feel like I am veering off course, I go back to the basics. Protein, Protein, PROTEIN. I know it seems quite simplistic...and it is actually.
So, when you are getting off course then spend a few days with your liquid Protein shakes...just like during the Pre-Op and initial Post-Op diets. That course of action has helped me, so maybe it can help you as well.
And also get that exercise in!! I can't go a day without my walk to commune with nature.
Good luck!

Went out earlier today and found all kinds of blister aids to help our footsies out.

I honestly can't answer your question because it is different for everyone. But I personally am thrilled I had the surgery. Best decision for my health and well-being I have ever made.
Lost almost 90 pounds in 3.5 months and gone from walking only a few feet to miles and miles.
Good luck with whatever choice you make.

@@Fat2Phat2016 how in the world do you get in 11 hours? That is impressive!
I have been walking a lot. On my lunch break at work and when I get home. Some of those were long hikes. Helps with nice weather.
I am paying for it though. Here is a picture of my smallest toe.
I know how bad that hurts. Hope it heals fast!!

Yeah, we walk and hike A LOT on top of biking some when we have time.
Blisters have been a problem for both of us even though we have been specially fitted for shoes and use moisture wicking socks (on top of blister band aids and mole skin).
