  1. Many, many congrats! You are doing so awesome! I was sleeved on 11/5 and am down 71 lbs to date. I haven't tracked my stats as well as you, but am feeling much better too! And loving the compliments that have finally starting coming... :)

Wow!! Those are some awesome stats! I can imagine you are thrilled with those results! Imagine where you will be in 4 more months!!! You should be very very proud of yourself!!

    Great Job!!!!

  2. Here is my 4 Month Post-Op Progress Report. Things have really changed over the last 4 months (since I had surgery on November 20th) and wanted to share my continued progress with those that might be interested. I know that I still have work to do, but seeing the weekly progress really helps keep me motivated.

Also, a BIG THANK YOU to all of you that have offered caring support and advice along the way as well as the BariatricPal weight loss and exercise challenges. I can't do it alone...so THANK YOU!!! And a special THANKS to my wife (as we are taking this journey together each step of the way).

  3. Any time I feel like I am veering off course, I go back to the basics. Protein, Protein, PROTEIN. I know it seems quite simplistic...and it is actually.

So, when you are getting off course then spend a few days with your liquid Protein shakes...just like during the Pre-Op and initial Post-Op diets. That course of action has helped me, so maybe it can help you as well.

And also get that exercise in!! I can't go a day without my walk to commune with nature.

    Good luck!

  4. Got in 17 hours of exercise this week. Too much in all honesty.

    11 hours for me!

@@Fat2Phat2016 how in the world do you get in 11 hours? That is impressive!

Yeah, we walk and hike A LOT on top of biking some when we have time.

Blisters have been a problem for both of us even though we have been specially fitted for shoes and use moisture wicking socks (on top of blister band aids and mole skin).
