Good luck!!!

Congrats on your surgery and good luck!
-
I love the challenges as they keep me accountable.
-
I'm almost 2 months out and down 50 pounds.
-
Amen to that!!You fill up a huge box full of clothes that are too big!
-
I never had much pain, but bad nausea lasted about 10 days post-op.
Congrats and good luck!!

I lost a lot of weight previously and my hands and feet were always freezing even in summer, but once my weight loss slowed down (after 1 year) it got better.
-
I don't think I'm ready for running, but I did walk over 35 miles last week …averaging 7 miles per day.
-
You are doing great. Very proud of you. Weight loss has REALLY slowed down for me. [emoji17]I am doing fantastic!!! Head hunger being a bit of pain in the butt, however I am super happy with my results thus far.
-
So far I am still on track with my resolutions.
-
Weight loss is REALLY slow again even though I just finished walking over 35 miles this week.

How are my fellow November sleevers doing?
-
Congrats everyone!!! Great job!!!
-
Congrats!!!I ate a LOT more "junk" than I should have, but I also pushed the fluids & exercise and in the end I weighed the exact same the week after New Year's Day as I did the week before Christmas. Not too bad for my first real holiday with my sleeve!
-
How are you doing? I had my lap-band out on 11/20/2015 and am so much happier with the sleeve.I'm so relieved the band is out of me too. 13 days out I'm still little tired but happy with decision and looking forward to 2016.

Great job everyone!!!

Seems I'm losing slower here in my 2nd month post-op.
-
I'm coming up on my 2-month post-op. Anyone want me to post my results?
-
You're welcome. You deserve it!!Thank you everyone [emoji4]

Amen!!Well, loser in the Powerball, not even 1 number. Congrats to the 3 who won in 3 different states. I am a winner, though, with every pound I have lost and losing. That means a lot more to me than Powerball, even though it would have been nice. :-)

I might have to give those a try bc I can't stand mine.My NUT has me on the Flintstone's chewables and so far, so good for me. The best Calcium I have had is the Bariatric Advantage Calcium Chewy bites in chocolate. Tastes just like a chocolate truffle to me. The lemon ones are good too.

Great job everyone!!!

Do you use tools like My Fitness Pal, Fitbit, etc?
