I went on a 4 day weekend girls trip and was so nervous about getting on the scale this morning only to find I am at my lowest weight. I thought for sure I'd be up a few and have to cut way back this week.

My win for today. I hit my GOAL this morning. Surgery last week of September 2014. Starting weight was 222. This morning stepped on scale for first time in a month. BAM! 124.8. Goal was 125. Weight I was when I got married 11 years ago.

A big congrats to all 3 of you!!! Great job!!

296.6 - Never to start with a 3 again

I finally hit Twonderland. Now at 299.6. I hope and pray I never see the 300's again.

Does anyone else think that the world of weight-loss needs a new word for sliding in under 300? Since Wonderland is a place, I propose TWOONERVILLE, another place, trolleys and all.

FMcF, haven't we already had a talk about statements like "I know I still have a lot of work ...?" Why dim the glow what you've already done. Please, please don't say such things. You should be a strutting peacock. I know someone else here who'll say the same.

I know you are right. But I am actually a shy and sensitive guy and I don't want anyone to think I am bragging or being arrogant. I just want to share with my friends on here, but preface it to make sure everyone knows that I by no means think I am done working hard to lose more weight.

When your "skinnier" jeans keep falling off without a belt and you keep showing your butt crack to everyone. lol.

Ever notice that when things are going great in your life that some is always waiting in the wings to tear you down? Today it wasn't so much about weight loss as just saying they don't even know why I exist . That is a hard one to take especially from someone I don't know. I try so hard not to be a mean person and treat people with respect. I am not perfect and make lots of mistakes. But it doesn't mean I am not human and get hurt

That is terrible! Was it someone online? If so, just remember there are lots of strange people out there. I knew a group of teenage boys that would go online to different forums, make up a persona, and say terrible things to other people there just to see if they could start a forum fight. It was their idea of entertainment, and they did it all the time. So when somebody says something negative online, I just picture some acne-laden 14 year old boy and roll my eyes and move on. But I'm so sorry you are feeling bad. We love you.

Haha. You are so right. I am a member of another online forum and they call them "keyboard warriors" because it's not something people would ever dare say to your face. They only have the "strength" to say it across a keyboard and computer screen.

I got in 10 hours and 14 minutes of exercise this week. A lot of that came from shoveling snow off the driveway 4 times as well as snowshoeing, walking on treadmill, etc.

I also made it down to Twonderland this week. Yay!!!

And I just hit TWONDERLAND this morning!!!

Another couple of wins today are:

(1) Snowshoed for the first time and really enjoyed it.

(2) Also, snow shoveled the driveway twice today, which gave me a total of 2 hours 10 minutes of exercise between shoveling and snowshoeing.

I'm going to shovel the driveway after every 3 inches (or so) of snow that falls. That's easier than doing 12+ inches all at one time. Especially since we have a huge driveway out in the country.

Looks like you are getting all the snow we were supposed to. Mixed feelings on that .... on one hand I would like to try snowshoeing, but on the other hand I am not a fan of the cold! Hope it doesn't bury you too much.

Went snowshoeing and had a lot of fun.…and just finished shoveling the driveway again.

I'm so tired.

We are supposed to get 12+ inches of snow today, so I am going to go snowshoeing!!!

I looked down and realized there was lots of space between my belly and the steering wheel! My stomach touched it in November! Woo hoo!

The dog died last week. [emoji22] I ate my feelings. Back on track now.

I have been sort of in a stall the last few weeks. It's not an actual stall I suppose since I have lost a little weight, but definitely much less and slower.

I'm happy to say that the weight has really started coming off again and I'm down 4.5 pounds since Monday.

Yay!!! I'm so close to Twonderland!!!

My goal is to hand shovel all of the 4" of snow off my long driveway.

Well I didn't nap... but I also didn't exercise . Today....
