  1. Learned the hard way about taking your vitamins on an empty stomach. Don't do it! I was upchucking within 5 minutes afterward....one more lesson learned the hard way! Way to go!! :(

  2. Jogged a full mile for the first time in months!! It felt good to push myself to do it. Yes it was a slow jog, but I made myself do it and now my quads are complaining about it today, I LOVE the feeling!!

  4. Ok, ordered my vitamins, yes a little late starting them, but it's ok. And getting my mind totally back in this game.

  5. My son turned 4 today, had a party yesterday and celebrated into today. So much fun, but needed to have made better food choices. Gotta let it go, and try 100% tomorrow!

  6. I cannot believe how sore I am from all the yard work I did yesterday!! It's awesome! :D Not only is my yard going to look amazing but so am I! lol Too bad my yard will a lot sooner then I will!

  7. Having a hard time getting in my water all the sudden. Only able to get about 48oz a day or so and it needs to seriously increase. Especially considering I live in southern AZ!

  9. Totally thought I would be hella sore today from yesterday work outs, but I'm not. Which just means I am gaining the muscle back I lost over the last three weeks, and means I get to push it even harder today ;)

  10. Got a Zumba dvd that I am pumped to do this morning....now if I can just convince my little ones that mommy needs to dance so stay outta the way! :D

  11. Decided to increase my calories slightly for the next few days - week, and see what happens.

  12. Mentally ready for some serious fat kicking workouts, just physically drained all the time. Hopefully the vitamins I started with help with that.

  13. Had a great post-op visit with my doc yesterday. He says everything looks right on track and sees me reaching 125 easily by one year out. That is just crazy for me to think of weighing that again!! Fingers crossed!

  14. The last few days have sucked!! UGH! And not even because of this surgery, but having two very sick little ones :( Slacking on my water and protein while trying to take care of them has me beat so today was a super water intake day and so is tomorrow!!

  16. Today has been a good day. Still very tired due to the lack of calories, protein or carbs, but getting in a lot more water! The bad news? Very hungry, and not just head hunger, I really want something to much, but no such luck for another 10 days!

  17. Drinking hot/warm water is really helping me get some fluids in. I cannot take cold or room temp water, and just the thought of profect makes me sick.

  18. Ok, got sent home a day early because I was doing so well, but now at home I don't feel so good. Lots of stuck air and gas, and can't seem to get much liquids down at all. Even "slimed" twice after too much water I guess.

  19. Wow, that’s something else. The phlebotomist just came to draw blood and he discovered we have the same tattoo on each of our arms!

  20. So, my doctor just came in a laughed at me saying I don't look like i just had surgery, and I told him I don't feel like I did! I seriously feel pretty darn good, other then slight soreness, and already walked 5 laps around the 2nd floor room area!

  21. In the hospital, feeling great, surprisingly so. Just groggy and a hell of a dry mouth!! Thanks for all the well wishes and comments guys, it means a lot to me!!

  22. Woohoo!! 24 hours from now I should be an hour into surgery!!!

  23. So, kind of a total loser, but I actually drank a Profect for dinner tonight and I have not even had surgery yet. I'm a little gung-ho I guess you could say ;)

  24. Day 5 totally sucked! I was so hungry all day, couldn't seem to shake it no matter how busy I kept myself. Stayed within calorie range, but could have made a few better, and smaller choices for dinner :(

  25. Wanted to be like the cool kids so I made a weight loss ticker. Now to watch it move!
