Yes, I know the average lifespan of a heat pump is 14 years. Yes, I also know that ours is 18 years old. That does NOT mean I have the money or the desire to replace it when it stops working during the last week of June in Texas. Gonna be a HOT night!

My baby girl graduated high school today. I am so proud of the young woman she has become and am excited to see what the future holds for her. I love you Nicolette!!!

UGH! My phone has been giving me MAJOR problems, so I tried to restore it. Now it is telling me there is a problem restoring it and it has totally crashed!!!
