Thanks for posting about the work thing. I worry about going back mainly because I get so tired. How has it been going? Have you had any issues eating at work? I have read stories about people getting sick and I may just drink shakes for awhile so that doesn't happen to me!

Thanks for letting me know two weeks is a good enough time off. I am feeling better each day, just a little sore. I am loving the weight loss!

Hi Texas friend! I saw you post and you will feel better soon! I was sleeved on Dec. 27th. Hang in there and let me know if you need someone to talk to. We can get through this together! We have no other choice at this point. LOL

Hi there! I had lots of problems with my band, too. I just had my revision on Monday and I am so thankful to have that thing out! I was having trouble swallowing recently and amazingly after surgery that issue was gone (along with many others). I have just begun the weight loss journey with the sleeve, but I will say I feel so much better already. Feel free to ask any questions!

It feels so great to be sleeved. I'm sure the liquid diet won't be too fun, but I am still excited!

my sleeve surgery is less that five hours away...I can't sleep at all! I am nervous, excited, and I really can't believe this day has come.

Tomorrow at this time, I will be sleeved. It's hard to believe! I will check in a soon as I can.

Thanks for the supportive comments! I am really excited. Of course, I wish I could have been sleeved on Dec. 20 with you, but there was a mix up with the insurance. Now everything is 100% ready for Monday! I hope you are feeling well. I am so happy your surgery went great! Have a Merry Christmas! I know 2011 will be a very Happy New Year for us!!!

I am sooo happy! I did all my pre-op testing at the hospital today, so I really will be getting sleeved on Monday. WOW!

Any last minute advice for items I should buy for my surgery? 6 more days!

I hope I can go back January 5th (We have the 3rd and 4th off for bad weather days that we didn't need). I will see how I feel. I left emergency sub plans for three days just in case I don't feel up to it. ONE MORE WEEK!

My surgery date did have to be moved to December 27! On the bright side, I will not be in recovery mode on Christmas Day. What is one more week?

so due to an insurance glitch, my surgery date is more than likely going to change. : (
