I'm not sure what my sweet spot really is. I know i have some restriction and have only gotten stuck once. (my fault) was trying to eat fast at lunch and swallowed too big of a bite. Lesson learned. If i stay losing my average of 3 lbs a week i doubt i will get another fill .. i am scheudled for feb 22 but so far so good.

I asked my docotr for a referral in sept. I went to the seminar and 1st surgeons visit already. The last of my test are scheduled for Oct 20th.My insurance covers everything thank goodness. I go the 20th for a upper Gi, nutritonist and psych eval. Hoping for a Early nov banding. My insurance also fdoesnt ask for 6 month diet or anything. So it should be a fast process for me.

I am still in the process. It's been pretty easy so far. Knock on wood. I went to the seminar, orientation, and 1st surgeon consult. I am scheduled for my psych, nutrition and Upper GI on Oct 20th. Then off to insurance. Hopeing to get banded early Nov. What about you?
