Not sure what this first fill is supposed to feel like? 6 cc's in a 14 cc band. I don't feel any different?

Officially down 50 as of today. Got my first fill, 6 cc's.

Went to my first official post-op appointment today, I was down to 347, a total of 41 pounds. Doc said everything looked good and because I was losing so well that he'd wait until next time to give me a fill.

348 this morning. 40 in all, now.

Down to 352 from 359 last Tuesday. 35 total.

Good luck to you guy. I was banded last Friday, I'm down about 18 so far. Very glad I made this decision. All the best.

Sure wish this Isopure had a little more taste to it. Oh well, 50 grams of protein. Yippee.

Going fishing, put on some shorts I haven't worn in years and fit into a 2x shirt. It's a little tight, but it's better than the 4x I wore comfortably a few weeks ago.

Hey Kate! I'm doing pretty good. I tried to go the whole day yesterday without my pain meds and made it until bedtime. I'm healing up pretty well, I'm hoping to heal alot faster because I'm ready to hit the lake. How about you, how's things going?

Thank you! I'm feeling pretty good, I tried to start working myself off of the pain medicine yesterday and didn't really need it until bedtime. This'll be my 5th day, too. If I never have Jell-O again, I'll be fine haha. Good luck to you too!

Dropped by my regular doctor's office yesterday evening just to weigh, I had told myself I wouldn't until my first visit back with Dr. DeWitt but I was curious. I was expecting a few pounds but down 18 since Friday morning. It about floored me. I know it's mostly water probably but I wasn't expecting that. That makes 30 pounds in the last month or so, pre-op and all. Thanks for the comments!

Down 18 pounds since my surgery on Friday morning. Weighed because I figured I was down a couple pounds at least, wasn't expecting to see the 350's. Freakin' awesome.

Officially banded! Got 2-3 cc's put in, they said it was the biggest band. Don't know what to call it, the nurse said it held either 11 or 14 cc's? Feeling much better than I expected.

Well surgery's at 6 in the morning. This soap stuff they gave me absolutely reeks and I will NEVER drink whatever that was I had to drink again. I've already erased the name of it from my mind. "Pleasant Lemon Taste" my arse.

Went for my pre-op visit with Doc today. Surgery is at 6 Friday morning.

Got my insurance approval letter in the mail this morning and a call from Dr. DeWitt's office to set up my surgery. I have a last meeting with him on the 30th and my surgery is set for April 1st. Seems like it's taken forever to get here, but now it kind of seems like it just bam! and happened. Very excited.

Approved as of today! Surgery set for April 1.

Had some paperwork lost somehow, I've been approved but waiting on my family doctor to re-send a few things. Closer.

Got a call yesterday that I was good to go from Dr. DeWitt's office, just had to call my regular doctor to re-send some paperwork that I guess had been lost. So they acted like I was approved but I won't believe it until I'm on the table haha.

My last visit of the 6/7 month diet in the morning. I thought I'd be nervous but I don't guess it's really sinking in yet. Hopefully it works out, if not I reckon we'll try again.
