Hi all of you. This is great. I had my 1 year Bandaversary on March 17. I was so very nevus about weigh in because my weight loss has been slow. BUT I was so very excited that I have lost lots of inches. I had my before and after photos and WOW. I am like alot of you. I did not have any restriction until January of this year. So yes "will power" was leaving the building until then. Now I still need the power of friends and this is it. Thank you so much for this new home.

I have the large band and now have 10cc. I can eat th same food and sometimes I feel full and other times I am starving. i have not been exercising for about 3 weeks now because of work. maybe that is it.I was only on liquids for 1 week and then soft food 1 week then by the end of the month I was told to eat solids. I will start a log on food and exercise. Do you think I can get a fill and start the process from the beginning? Thanks

Hi, I had my lapband in march 2010. I started at 268 then down to 238 now 244. I am having trouble and am not sure where to go. Can anyone please HELP?:cursing:
