  1. 1 box sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding

    1 container of fat free or sugar free whip cream

    1 container of ff cream cheese

    splenda to taste

    8 oz ff milk

    make sure the cream cheese is thawed and also the whip cream mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer refrige till set apt. 1 hour and enjoy hope you all enjoy.:smile2:

  2. This is the only thing ive seen around (and not even in australia thus far) for food addiction, or addictive behaviours (planning next meal way in advance, spending too much on food, emotional eating etc)

    but i really dislike the 12 steps and have massive problems with it.

    1. i dont know if i believe in god, and if i do then he or she cares more about training bees to make honey then my fat.

    2. i dont like the idea of not owning my shortcomings. if i am not in control of the fact i overeat and emotionally eat, how can i possibly change it?

    3. i just would love somewhere that supports and shares on how best to overcome these eating issues rationally and logically?

    do these kinds of things exist? do i need to just find a helpful counsellor?

  3. I used to drink lots of soda. I was hooked on Dr. Pepper. Since surgery I've cut it off, but everyone once in awhile, I want a sip. A couple days ago, I took a VERY small sip of my husband's and held it in my mouth until it fizzed up and had no more fizzy bubbles. Can anyone explain the real danger with soda. My doc says no soda, but doesn't really offer a satisfactory reason as to why.

    I can live with no soda... and I don't crave it or anything. I've been so good since I cut it out and have been very surprised at my will power regarding this subject, since I have unsuccessfully tried to eliminate it from my diet during pre band life. I'm just wondering about people's perceptions on soda.

    I think that if you soda used properly they are good for digestion. Do not use too much
