  1. I did really good for 8 months and lost 83 pounds. Now I eat between 800 and 1200 calories/day. Carbs between 30 and 75 per day. At least 80 grams of protein. Eat some fat but don't go hog wild. Exercise at least 4x week for 30 - 40 minutes. Have stopped losing weight for about 5 months now. I am very disappointed.
