  4. WoW ! I really can't believe how this fat is just falling off of me! I have been 99% into following the lapband rules, logging my food, staying into my calorie range, water and exercising and it is totally paying off. I can see my next mini goal to see the 220s.

  5. 251.0 this morning !!! 19 lbs down since Mid April.

  6. making today a good calorie/protein/water/workout day. I will be getting close to 1100 calories today I feel low energy.

  20. I have gon till D5 of my cycle w/o falling trap to the sweet cravings and I have no weight gain. I am so proud. Now I gotta get off so I can see how much weight I have lost. I have followed the LB rules for 2wks now and thats an accomplishment alone.

  23. my morning protein coffee smoothie got me hyped as all out!!! LOL...I love making protein creations. I'ma blog the recipe.

  24. High-Protein Day...lots to do with burning a lot of calories; kettlebell (20mins)check, zumba(40 mins), a softbal game coaching. then bowling.Making it a great day despite my irritations.
