  1. Even if you aren't ready, take one day at a time. You will feel better soon, the first few day were also the worst for me. I also thought i had made the wrong decision but little by little when i began to see the changes it motivated me to eat the right things and believe me once you get on soft foods you will feel great! give it time and keep a possitive attitude. Don't worry about how they treated you at the hospital. You and only you you have the power to make this change in your life. You wont regret it. Good luck and take it easy.

  2. 10 months after surgery and i have just started to vomit my food. Im still hungry but i cant eat like i have been doing before. the last time i went to the doc I have only lost 2lbs in 7 weeks, i don't feel i ate more than the prior times. Im still eating the same except now it takes me for ever to finish a meal and sometimes i vomit it if its to liquidy. :)

  3. Now that I am moving full speed ahead with banding, I am eating constantly. It' not like I didn't, before its just increased.

Anyone else do this prior to surgery?:)

lol, many of us do this before surgery. I think we anticipate so much for it that we actualy feel we are eating more than usual. Try not to.
