Hate to say it, but maintenance will require"work" forever. Don't panic, go back to basics. You will likely lose slowly, but that is ok.
I am 4 years out and got a few pounds over goal last summer. Took a long time, but I slowly got back under goal by just being more diligent. You can do this!
