  1. Well, I got to a major goal today....199! I evewn weighed myself twice to be sure! I am very happy about this milestone.

On another note, I am on my way to an ultrasound for my gallbladder. Has anyone had troubles with thier gallbladder since their band? I am afraid they will have to remove it and damage my band. Probably silly, but I am worried nonetheless.

Yippee for me for my milestone goal!

  2. I have a few pairs of size 12 jeans in my closet for inspiration. Last night I was going to a BBQ and didn't have anything to wear, so I thought I would try them on...just to see how much more till they will fit...and the ALL fit!!!! I was so excited! I havent worn a size 12 in atleast 15 years! Now I need to go shopping and get some new shirts! lol.

This thread has been quiet for a while now. We need to Celebrate more! Keep it up everyone, we are on the right path.

  3. Just popping in to say hi. It is hard to believe it is almost a year. My goal is to have lost 100 pounds in the first year, I think I will make it....check that I WILL make it! I am getting hungry...quite hungry....so it must be time for a fill. Have to arrange flights etc and get that taken care of. Proud of you all, you are doing great. xox

  4. Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't been around. My mom is not doing well and I have been away a lot. Doing well otherwise, lots of exercise and decent eating. I am so excited to be almost in the 100's that I just had to share it with you all. Today I am at 203...thanks for always being there. You all are amazing. xoxo

  5. Wow everyone is doing so great. I am going to need to come here for inspiration (and hopefully to inspire) more often! You guys are great! Congrats on all the pounds lost. Hope you are all doing well.

I am exercising a lot, eating pretty good. Funny, the only 'bad' thing I crave is icecream, and I think it is because it does down so easy. oops. And the only thing I can't touch....eggs. Wierd eh?

Nice reading about you, and I will try to post more often. xoxo

  6. Hi Audree. I had the same reaction, it took a couple weeks and then the gates of hell slammed shut! Nothing would go down easy. I seem to be at a good level but I havn't had a fill since Mar 15. I am taking very good care of my body and mind and that seems to help alot as well. Glad to hear from you, you look amazing. I will post some pics too!

  7. Hi Everyone. Just thought I would pop in and say hi. I am doing well. The scale is giving me a hard time, but I am trying to stay focussed on inches right now. I have been doing 2 different boot camps, so something good must be happening.

NSV...my uniforms are a med now...a little tight, but still a med!!!

My mom had a mastectomy and unfortunatley the cancer has spread. They are starting chemo in a couple weeks. Your positive thoughts are appreciated. Thank you for the support.

I haven't had a fill since march...seem to be ok with that. Have a lot of restriction when I eat 'good' foods. I have someone helping me with nutrition, so that helps too.

That is all for now. I enjoy reading your posts, even though I don't always join in. Well, gotta run, I am off to bootcamp before work. Have a great day everyone!
