WOOHOO it finally happened today I hit Onederland!!! (199.1 lbs). Down from 425 just 2 years ago. What a great early birthday present and a wild ride!!!

‎...203 ...4 lbs away from 199. That is just crazy. At 203 I have lost 186 since I started this journey back in July 2010. If you look at my highest which just a few years ago was 425 then I have lost 222 lbs. That means that right now from my heaviest, I have lost more weight than I currently weigh. How crazy is that?

Life is even better in the 210's!!

Yeah Dr Ponce does his fills very very slowly but it works BELIEVE me. I am down around 166 lbs since July 2010. Ever want to chat let me know and I will pass my cell # along to ya. I love hearing about others stories!

Well for some reason I keep trying to send you a message and it keeps getting stuck. Just checking to see how things are going we had the same doc and I am a little over a year out!

One year down, 159 lbs down. One Friggin Awesome Year!

Down 120 since July 1st WOOT!. Already 8 lbs under my 1 year goal, 19 lbs away from my 2 year goal, and 44 lbs from my final goal. Might have to re-eval the goals

WOW had my 4th fill Monday and just started back on solid foods today, what I was eatting for Breakfast last week, I can eat about 1/4 of it AFTER an hour lol
