    This could be me writing!!!!! I have delta with chronic back and leg pain for many, many years. Depression gets worse as the pain increases... I am on cymbalta and ablifily along with other stuff-


  2. I am afraid you are going to screw up your metabolism. You need to eat at least 1000 calories a day or you body will go into starvation mode. Believe me you body never forger that.

    You need to eat Protein with every meal or you body will start eating you muscle. Muscle burns more than fat. You want muscle.

    Here is the menu they gave me:

    Sample Menu:

    Breakfast

    meat

    Carb

    Fruit/Veg.

    2 eggs

    Waffle/toast 1 pat butter

    1/3 cup light yogurt & 1 egg

    3 slices turkey bacon

    1/3 cup oatmeal

    2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

    1 slice toast with

    1/ 3 cup low-fat cottage cheese

    2 peach slices

    I egg

    1 turkey Sausage

    Waffle/toast 1 pat butter

    lunch

    meat

    Carb

    Fruit/Veg.

    ½ cup diced' date=' grilled skinless chicken breast

    mixed salad greens

    1 Tbsp. light dressing

    4 Turkey Slice – 1 string cheese

    3 slices of lean

    turkey breast, ham, or roast beef

    1 slice low-fat cheese

    lettuce, Tomato, & mustard

    1/ 3 cup Low Fat Refried Beans

    1 oz. shredded 2% cheese

    3 Baked Tortilla chips

    1/ 3 cup Black Bean Chili

  3. I had the same issue but it happened during the day and I was able to get into my dr. I also had reflux so bad that for the first few weeks my eating was limited. I did gain a few pounds but did not worry about it. It plus more came off when I started my fills back.


  4. I back into the doctor in the morning to start the fill process over. It's been about 3 weeks since my issue of being to tight and they took all but 2cc out. Hoping they will put in 3cc tomorrow putting me up to 5 cc that is where I have been in the past and notice it starting to help.


  5. My fills always take a week then they kick in and I think I am to tight when I am not ... Well most of the time. It takes a bit to learn how to eat after each fill. It's also very hard to stop eating when you start to fill satisfied but not full.


  6. Mine tilted and then one day I bent over and felt a pop had pain. It went away very fast at another appt for my back I had x-rays done and saw where my port had compleatly filpped!!!! I had surgery soon after to have it placed back. No issues since with it tilting or flipping!


  7. Was able to get into see the PA today she is typically unable to access my port but today we had no other option as my regular dr was doing surgery all day. She did finally get it after a lot of poking and popping scar tissue. She took out 5cc. I had 7 in.feeling so much better. I go back on the 21st to see my dr and may do a small fill at this time. I was down 8 pounds in 3 weeks but not the way I want to loose it!!
