I completely agree with Lots of Hope, especially, "Real men that are worth considering won't care!" and that is so so true!
Years ago when I met my hubby I was I size 6/8, after 2 pregnancies I gained more than 125 lbs and wore a size 22!!! Top weight was 278 (which was last year) and my husband never and I mean never looked at me differently. Big - Small it does matter to a real man!!!!!
I think it was real wrong of that guy to be all texting you and then start talking about your cousin.... there are so so much better fish in the sea and forget him. If he starts trying to text you again, go report him to your HR... you already told him to go away already!
Good luck sweetheart! - Tiffany

Hi Sleeve Newbie! I know what you are going through and try not to get too frustrated. I'm almost 6 months out and my weight will stall right before and during my period. Once it's done then the scale starting going back down.
Just keep sipping your Water and Protein shakes and in no time you will start dropping again!

Hi NewBeginnings - i know exactly what you're going through, I was sleeved about 6 months ago and it does get a lot better. Ask your doctor to see when you start your B-12 Vitamin, it comes as a nasal spray (prescription) or dissolves in your mouth (over the counter) and helps greatly with energy!! I know it's really hard to get your Water in, i still have a hard time getting 64 ounces in and I can definitely feel my energy go down if I don't get close to that amount. For the first 2 months i had to set the timer on my phone to remind myself to drink.
Also, I take dissolving gas-x strips when i get gas pains.
I hope this helps, and good luck sweetheart!!!!

yeah i had my surgery at the very end of December and a month ago i started losing hair. it sucks but if you keep up taking your Vitamins and Biotin, get in your Protein, it doesn't come out as fast. i trimmed my hair above my shoulders so i didn't have to pull it back as much and that seems to help alot.
it doesn't last forever but it's a small price to pay to be healthy.
good luck sweetheart - tiffany

Hi sleeve sister! I'm experiencing the same thing. I just got my hair trimmed up last week so it won't look so noticeable.
From what I have read and been told, there is nothing really we can do to stop the Hair loss but it should only go on for a few months. Try not to use freeze hair spray or pull your hair back. I found that it comes out faster when I do that.
I take Biotin (I think it's 5 mg) it won't stop the hair from coming out, but it helps with regrowth and I also started drinking a Protein drink every day to get 40 more grams and it seems to help some.
Best of luck to you!!!! - Tiffany
