I am starting a new diet plan AGAIN! I hope this works. I have a schedule set up that works with my work schedule where I work full time. I figured on my two 15 min breaks that I have during the day, that I can drink protein on each one and get on here to keep me busy--and the big one--EXERCISE again! This is what got me to lose weight real good the first time....I figured a controlled eating habbit, more protein and exercise and then go get a fill and I should be on the road again to weight loss. We will see! I go 12/7/09 to have a fill, I think this will be my third one, but I have no restriction for now. I also, have an appt with my psychitrist 12/3/09--need to get my depression and bad self esteem in control! I weighed myself today and I weigh 267.6 ---so I have 67 pounds to go--i would like to get down to 185--but I just to hit 199 or 200 would be GREAT!! I am in 24 pants now and if I get to 235 then I can fit in an 18--so lets uset hat goal first! So, I need to lose 32 pounds then go from there! To lose 8 pounds a month would be great for me! Okay, lets start this new journey and see what happens...I CAN DO IT!:thumbup:
